Refund policy

Returns
Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 1-3 days of the delivery of your package. Items must be in original packaging, unused and unwashed. Buyer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. The original shipping cost will be taken out of the refund.
Because custom items are made-to-order, returns or exchanges on custom items are not allowed.

Damaged items
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery. Please provide your order number and photos including; interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label, invoice and damaged goods
